Term 3 Week 8 Monday 31st August
Our Prayer This Week
From the principal
Dear parents, guardians and students,
We are beginning our fourth week of remote learning and I am constantly amazed at the energy and persistence parents are showing in helping their children learn while we all stay isolated to defeat this pandemic. It is important to maintain this energy level right to the end of term. At this stage there has been no announcement about how the final week of this term will look and when all students will return to school. There is no use speculating on this so we will wait until there is an official announcement.
Father's Day Photos
We are gathering father's day photos or of a significant other for a digital montage to be placed on our newsletter and on facebook. Please send in a photo by message or email to be added to this creation. Thank you for your support.
Father's Day 2020
A reminder to parents that we have sent home last week a craft activity to every family to be made for dad on Father's Day this Sunday. Please check in your pack if you have not discovered this yet. I hope you all find a great way to celebrate the day in a unique way.

Library Books and Readers
Many Middle and Senior students must be needing new readers or library books to continue their reading for the last three weeks of term. Parents are welcome to contact the school and we will have some new books to be picked up at school or to be dropped off on our Friday delivery run.
Bus Arrangements
Just a reminder to parents to contact the college or St Colman's if your bus needs change during the week. Letting the bus driver know is not sufficient as we need to coordinate the change between the schools and the bus company.
Footy Tipping
The AFL has continued to overcome all obstacles and we are nearing the end of a remarkable season. Our tipping competition too, is soldiering on and is a very close competition at the moment.
